Hari Warga Emas anjuran H-Care ini bertujuan untuk memberi pendedahan kepada warga emas tentang penuaan yang sihat. Ia dijalankan melalui pelbagai program kesihatan yang disampaikan oleh ahli kesihatan dari pelbagai disiplin kepada kumpulan sasaran. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendedahkan ilmu tentang gaya hidup ke arah penuaan yang sihat dan cara mempraktikkannya.
Selain itu juga, program ini juga bertujuan merapatkan lagi hubungan antara warga emas dan generasi yang lebih muda. Program ini bersesuaian dengan Hari Warga Emas sedunia yang jatuh pada bulan Oktober setiap tahun. Dengan menganjurkan program seperti ini, diharapkan agar kesedaran masyarakat tentang kepentingan amalan gaya hidup sihat untuk penuaan sihat dapat ditingkatkan.
