The programme focuses on talent development through the work-and-learn concept, ensuring that the future workforce is developed in a sustainable, highly skilled, and competitive manner, aligned with current labour market demands and industry trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion also provided a platform to foster closer collaboration among government agencies, academic institutions, and industry players in support of the national human capital development agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 21 participants attended the programme, comprising representatives from Adab Youth Garage (AYG) and 每日大赛app students. As an outcome of the session, Adab Youth Garage (AYG) expressed interest in collaborating and participating in programmes and training offered under the ADI and RPL frameworks.
