HONG KONG, 24 april 2026 – YBhg. Prof. Dr. Kuik Cheng-Chwee, Felo Utama IKMAS telah dijemput untuk menyampaikan seminar di bawah Global South Seminar Series di Fakulti Sains Sosial, The Universiti of Hong Kong (HKU).
Seminar beliau yang bertajuk “Neutrality-Plus Agency across the Global South: Inclusive and Adaptive Statecraft of Middle States during Trump 2.0” telah mengupas isu utama yang berkaitan dengan pendekatan dasar Luar yang disifatkan sebagai “neutraliti-plus” di negara-negara selatan global.
