The analyses\u00a0 found that the religion (being Muslim or Non-Muslim) does not influence the married women s probability of work. The previous study that found the Israel Muslim married women having lower probability of work may due to the religious factor has been captured the effect of religious discrimination on labour market, and the community perception on married working women. Number of children below the age of 6 year is found having significant negative influence. The education\u00a0 level is found not significant.
