  3. Mengurus pengoperasian dan penggunaan bilik latihan<\/li>
  4. Merancang dan mengurus sumber manusia pusat termasuk hal ehwal kebajikan, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan staf<\/li>
  5. Merancang dan menjana kewangan melalui program latihan kompetensi pusat<\/li>
