Eligibility:

  • The claim must be applied through the employer, not the individual participant.
  • The employer must have an active account in the HRD Corp system (eTRIS).

Process:

1. 1. Before the course begins – The employer applies for the training grant via the HRD Corp portal (eTRIS). Application must be submitted before the course commencement date. Required documents for grant application:
      • Course proposal / programme outline
      • Detailed training schedule (with training method specified)
      • Course quotation (Sebutharga kursus)
      • Trainer’s profile / CV
      • Supporting documents requested by HRD Corp (e.g., sample certificate of participation, accreditation letter, approval memo, etc.)
