Students are required to apply for the Check-out Memo (COM) within 2 weeks from date of completion \/ deferment approval \/ release \/ dismissal letter by submitting their passport, flight ticket and other related documents.<\/p>

If a student failed to report to 每日大赛appShape by end of the second week, 每日大赛appShape reserves the right to proceed with a forced cancellation by lodging a police report and submitting the cancellation to EMGS\/Immigration.<\/p>

Please be reminded that it is an immigration offense to leave Malaysia at the end of your studies without properly applying for a Student Pass cancellation\/Check-out Memo.<\/p>

If a forced cancellation is carried out, you may be blacklisted by the Immigration Department of Malaysia, which could prevent you from applying for any Malaysian visa or pass in the future.<\/p>

Additionally, failure to complete the proper cancellation process will result in the forfeiture of your personal bond.<\/p>
