Her presentation, titled “ð”ð§ð«ðšð¯ðžð¥ð¢ð§ð  ð­ð¡ðž ðð¨ð­ðžð§ð­ð¢ðšð¥ ð‘ð¨ð¥ðž ð¨ðŸ ð‹ð¢ð©ð¢ð ððžð«ð¨ð±ð¢ððšð­ð¢ð¨ð§ ðŒðšð«ð¤ðžð«ð¬ ð¢ð§ ð­ð¡ðž ð„ðšð«ð¥ð² ððšð­ð¡ð¨ð ðžð§ðžð¬ð¢ð¬ ð¨ðŸ ð‚ðšð«ðð¢ð¨ð¯ðšð¬ðœð®ð¥ðšð«-ðƒð¢ðšð›ðžð­ðžð¬ ððšð­ð¢ðžð§ð­ð¬â€, highlighted malondialdehyde (MDA) as a key lipid peroxidation marker—an important ðžðšð«ð¥ð² ð°ðšð«ð§ð¢ð§ð  ð¬ð¢ð ð§ðšð¥ that reflects biological changes occurring before overt cardiovascular manifestations in diabetic patients. The study offers valuable insights into early disease pathogenesis and prevention strategies.

The session was further enriched by insightful industry perspectives from Puan Amalina Mohd Zaman (Lab Manager, KPJ Lablink), and Puan Nura Samsuddin (Managing Partner, Prima Nexus Sdn Bhd). The presentation concluded with constructive commentary from her Main Supervisor, Dr. Noraidatulakma Abdullah @ Muda, underscoring the strength and impact of the research.
Ms. Harmiza’s academic journey is further distinguished by her achievements, including being 2nd Place winner of the ÿÈÕ´óÈüapp 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, involvement in patent-related work, and active participation in numerous poster and oral presentations.
