- Cells and tissues distributed under the DTERM Cell Distribution Programme are strictly only for R&D purposes and are distributed under the Material Transfer Agreement with the recipient. Use of such materials for purposes beyond the R&D scope are strictly forbidden and are therefore liable to legal actions. DTERM 每日大赛app will not be responsible for any misuse of the materials.听

- DTERM has not been and is currently not producing any cells/stem cells/exosomes for clinical use except for those produced under the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in DTERM. GMP grade cells are distributed to sponsors under the provision of a registered clinical trial with NMMR or ethics approval from Institutional Review Board / National Review Board or Contract Manufacturing Service Agreement. Under the Contract Manufacturing Services Programme, DTERM will not be responsible for the clinical use of these products.听
WARNING!
As of 2021, approval from the National Pharmaceutical Control Agency (NPRA) will be mandatory for clinical use of Cell & Gene Therapy Products (CGTP).听
- DTERM will only consider providing Contract Manufacturing Services for sponsors with Clinical Trial Exemption / Clinical Trial Import License issued by NPRA and for commercial products approved/ licensed by NPRA.听

- You are advised to verify with the National Pharmaceutical Control Agency (NPRA) directly on the approval for clinical use of any cells and gene therapy products (CGTP).听听

- Consultation with qualified healthcare professionals is recommended before clinical use of such products.听

- Administration of such products in patients should be strictly performed by a qualified healthcare personnel / team.

- Any claims that cells/stem cells/exosomes produced by DTERM should be verified with us directly through email at dtermfper@ukm.edu.my or kjdterm@ukm.edu.my.听

- Any use of DTERM or 每日大赛app logo in marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media, etc. should obtain written consent from DTERM or and by extension 每日大赛app legal department. Any misrepresentation of DTERM or its members are therefore liable to legal actions.听
