BANGI, 11 January 2026 鈥� Kolej Ibu Zain (KIZ) recently concluded a co-curricular educational program titled the Pusat Islam x KIZ Bowling Tournament. Held at Superbowl Bangi Gateway, the event successfully utilized sports as a medium to teach essential life skills and strengthen campus unity.
Advancing Quality Education via SDG 4 The tournament aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by providing students with experiential learning opportunities outside the traditional classroom. Throughout the day, the 48 participants engaged in several growth-oriented activities.
First, the participants entered a friendly sports competition designed to teach teamwork and sportsmanship. This non-formal approach allowed students to practice leadership in a high-pressure environment. Second, the program featured ice-breaking sessions and technical briefings that encouraged unity between student representatives and the Islamic Centre administration. Finally, the event focused on character building, where students were taught the importance of emotional intelligence and professional interaction with university management.
Developing Well-Rounded Graduates The initiative successfully trained 48 participants in moral leadership and healthy social interaction. By developing these soft skills, the program ensures that students grow into balanced individuals who excel both academically and physically.
