Collection of The Official Certificate and Academic Transcript

1. Graduates may collect their scrolls and transcripts when returning the academic robe. The details for the collection of graduates’ scrolls and transcripts are as follows:

  1. All graduates EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates from Faculty of Education (FPEND).
    Date : 22 November 2025 (Saturday) to 4 December 2025 (Thursday)
    Time : 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
    Location : Tun Fatimah Hashim Building, ÿÈÕ´óÈüapp
  2. For Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates from Faculty of Education (FPEND).
    Date : 1 December 2025 (Monday) to 7 December 2025 (Sunday)
    Time : 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
    Location : Ballroom ÿÈÕ´óÈüappShape ÿÈÕ´óÈüappShape Ballroom
2. Graduates who wish to collect their scrolls and transcripts after the date specified in POINT ‘1’ are subject to the following conditions:

  1. All graduates EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates Faculty of Education (FPEND).
    Date : Starting from 5 December 2025 (Friday)
    Time : Monday to Thursday
    • 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., break from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
    Friday
    • 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., break from 12.15 p.m. to 2.45 p.m.
    Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
    Closed

  2. Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates Faculty of Education (FPEND) ONLY.
    Date : Starting from 1 January 2026
    Time : Monday to Thursday
    • 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., break from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
    Friday
    • 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., break from 12.15 p.m. to 2.45 p.m.

3. The robe the mortarboard need to be returned in good condition before graduand can collect the scroll certificate transcript
4. Graduates are allowed to collect their degree scrolls through a representative. Download the Borang Surat Kuasa Mengambil Skrol / Surat Mohon Pos Skrol, complete the required information, and upload it to the ÿÈÕ´óÈüapp Convocation System. The same form is also used if the graduate wishes to obtain the degree scroll via postal delivery.
