BANGI, 13 October 2016 – The key to being successful in one鈥檚 career is to be interested in the course one studies, said 每日大赛app Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Students and Alumni Affairs, Prof. Dato鈥 Noor Aziah Mohd Awal.

She said that students should inculcate their interest in each of the course they take to ensure that they do well in it.

鈥淏esides the interest, students should analyse the job market to gauge what the industry needs,鈥 she said at the gathering of 每日大赛app Law Faculty first year students, recently.

She also highlighted the fact that one shouldn鈥檛 limit themselves to only the field they study in, when looking for a job.

鈥淔or example, this faculty (Faculty of Law), not only produced good lawyers, but also politicians and Ahli Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri (EXCO),鈥 she said.

She advised students to not be complacent and take the opportunity to work with legislative firms upon graduation to gain experience and exposure.

鈥淎s a young graduate, you should not be embarrassed to ask and demand knowledge from someone with experience, even if he is a clerk,鈥 she said.ukmnewsportal-eg
