“Pembinaan Kurikulum Sijil Profesional Kepimpinan Wanita” Workshop
On 30 March 2026, the Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Centre, in collaboration with Wanita Berdaya Selangor, organised “Pembinaan Kurikulum Sijil Profesional Kepimpinan Wanita” Workshop at Bangi Resort Hotel, Bangi. This initiative is the result of a collaboration between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Wanita Berdaya Selangor, as part of ongoing efforts to empower women’s leadership through education and capacity building.
The workshop brought together experts, academics, and industry practitioners on a collaborative platform to share insights and expertise through dynamic group discussions. The outcomes of these discussions served as the foundation for developing the curriculum structure, module content, and best approaches—contributing to a more holistic and high-impact curriculum aimed at nurturing competent, resilient women leaders who are relevant to current needs.
It is hoped that this initiative will serve as a catalyst for more women to step forward as credible and inspiring leaders of the future.
