WHAT IS IO PSYCHOLOGY?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. This field focuses on increasing workplace productivity and related issues such as the physical and mental well being of employees.

THE PROGRAM

Industrial and Organizational Psychology program prepares students for the pursuit of a higher degree and provides them with in-depth knowledge of issues related to performance and human relations in organizations. Students will learn leading-edge assessment techniques, leadership and group development theories, conflict management strategies, and other techniques for increasing motivation and improving workplace performance.

SPECIALISATION

Within our psychology graduate program, you can pursue specialities including,but not聽 limited to the following areas:

  • Personnel Psychology
  • Organizational Psychology
  • Human Resource
  • Training and Development
