Thin Film Solar Cell Laboratory is located adjacent of the old Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment building. The lab is managed by Ts. Dr. Puvaneswaran Chelvanathan m. Thin Film Solar Cell Laboratory focuses on research relevant to CIGSSe, CZTSSe, CdTe and other emerging thin film photovoltaic photo-absorber materials, as well as the metal contact, buffer layer and transparent conducting oxide related material synthesis and development.

ÌýDirect Current (DC) & Radio Frequency (RF) Sputter System

Over the past 14 years, this sputter system has been the workhorse of Thin Film Solar Cell Laboratory.
