Procedures
- There are Six (6) spaces available for reservation and use subject to availability.
- Booking for the use of space at JPP must be done manually (letter) and the SMPR system (https://ewarga.ukm.my/smpr/).
- Each applicant & user is required to contact the administrator of the space concerned in advance by phone / email to check the availability of use.
- If there is a vacancy, the next applicant is required to make a formal application by correspondence or email to Head of the Department of Medical Education.
- Each booking approval is subject to the vacancy of the space applied for.
- The Department of Medical Education reserves the right to cancel any application that does not follow the prescribed procedures.
- The use of space is given priority to the teaching and learning programs of students.
