Note :
1. If participation has exceeded 3 years from previous workshop or has not passed the examination for 3 times or does not meet the requirements of past workshop attendance, the participant must register as a repeat participant.
2. 听Fee will not be refunded if the participant withdraws after the registration closing date. Withdrawal during the workshop is not allowed. All decisions made by the GCP Workshop Committee on any issues that arise during the workshop are final.
